Hi! I'm interested in getting information from institutions that use a
business plan type model at the academic program level. Perhaps this is
part of the program review process at some institutions, but we're looking
for models that track program level expenses, revenue, how to project
tuition/subsidy, etc. If your institution has a model or process for
collecting/using this sort of data, would you be willing to share? Thanks!
