It is my privilege to announce that Larry Hunter successfully defended
his dissertation this morning: Examining Attendance Patterns of Students
Enrolled in American Community Colleges.  Members of the committee
included Dr. Gordon Brooks, Dr. William E. Knight of Bowling Green State
University, Dr. Robert Young, and Dr. Valerie Martin Conley, Chair.
Larry will be presenting results from his research at the upcoming
meeting of the Association for Institutional Research (AIR) in June.
