Randy,
I thought Ohio University was plugged into this list server? I believe there's a fairly new guy in charge of fire safety that came from UL, FM or even NFPA

Robert

Hello All,

I would like to officially welcome all of you to our fire safety discussion
list. I am Randy Hormann the Fire/Safety Specialist with Miami University.

This list has been on a pilot test for several months now. We have recently
opened it to all of the Colleges and Universities within the state.

Educational facilities and those who have a vested interest in the fire
safety programs at colleges and universities in Ohio have been invited to
join.

Discussion topics are always open, please try to keep to the subject of
fire safety. From time to time we will include safety pointers, news
relating to campus fire safety, sections of the Ohio Fire Code for
discussion in areas which may effect our organization, and related
information. Please feel free to contribute ideas, suggestions, problems,
successes, etc...

This discussion group is being supported by the following organizations and
has professional representatives subscribed to the list:

State Fire Marshals Office (Code enforcement section).
J&H Marsh & McLennan, Inc.
Miami University.
Ohio State University.
University of Cincinnati.
University of Toledo.
Bowling Green State University.
Medical College of Ohio at Toledo
Wright State University.
Cleveland State University.
Northeastern Ohio Universities - College of Medicine.
Kent State University.
Case Western University.
Oberlin College.
Youngstown State University.

We are still looking to get the word out to other colleges and universities
in Ohio. If you have any contact with an institution you do not see
mentioned above, please pass along my information, or let me know so we can
get them online with us.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to mail me or give me a call.
Once again welcome and enjoy.

-Randy-
