HI Presidents and Delegates-

  Attached is the agenda and minutes from yesterday's meeting. There is a
lot of important information on this one, so please be sure to take a
look!  Also, Presidents, we decided to table the vote about chapter
total numbers until the Monday after Spring Break.  There is more info
about that in the New Business Section.
