Hi girls...

Instead of making you look through an attachment, here are the additional forms I found:

- Delta Delta Delta Semiformal
- Gamme Phi Beta Piano Man w. Sig Ep (I NEED ANOTHER SOBER MONITOR FOR THIS PARTY)
- Delta Gamma Thanksgiving Potluck Dinner
- Alpha Omicron Pi Pizza Party with Sig (this is the same night as the Gamma Phi party - is 11/14 the correct date?)

I know there is supposed to be a three-way this week, but I couldn't find the forms you girls were asking about. Has there been a lot of confusion about this lately? Does there need to be some clarification? Please let me know - my intention is not in any way to make your life difficult, or create problems for your chapter, but I'm getting frustrated with how many "mixup" and "oops I'm sorry" excuses I've been gettin lately.

Let me know what I can do to make this run smoother. Also, e-mail me if your chapter is still missing an event for this week OR next week that you believe there was a form turned in for.
