This year we have two winners!

The2012  Hall prize has been awarded to Colin McCullough-Benner for an essay entitled: "What can be up to us?The physical and logical bases of Epictetus' ethics" and Sam Burgess for his essay "On the Imperfection of Language and its Consequences for Philosophy." The jury was unanimous in recognizing the high quality of these two submissions which are quite different in style, purpose, and method.
