This is something that can be setup. What we need a is a group name to use
in the shared directory name, and also a list of unique IDs for anyone who
should have access to it. Also, any access restrictions you'd like - if you
don't specify anything, everyone will have read and write access to all
files in the shared area.

Subject: Cluster shared folder?

My name is Greg Newstadt, and I do research on the cluster as part of Dr.
Alexander's research group. However, we have run into the problem of
needing to share files that would be easier than email (especially when the
files approach 100 MB or more). Is there a way to set up a shared folder
that we could access? I would really appreciate the help.

Thanks in advance,

Greg
