Hello,

I was just on the OARS proposal data site and I noticed the info on 
charges for use of the RedHawk cluster. I've been using the cluster for 
a few years now and I don't recall the $500 setup fee nor being charged 
$0.16 per hour. Is this something new, or did I slip through the cracks 
somehow?
