We installed BIO roll together with ROCKS 6; it came with various software.

We ought to look into disabling our custom-installed software by
either changing the module files or removing module files for software
that do not work in favor of those provided by BIO roll.

You can examine /opt/bio to see the availability of various software.
This will save us installing them.

For emboss, I've renamed emboss-6.6.0 to
emboss-6.6.0-donotuseuntilfurthernotice and added emboss-6.3.1 with
emboss symlinked to it.

We may wish to compile a list of changes and let the end users know.
