I would like to cordially invite all of you LEADERS out there to join the
Oxford Police Department in a free celebration of community.  Please bring
your friends, as it should be a good time.  If you are having doubts, just
point your head toward the sky--see the sun--and say what the hell.  The
location is in thw Uptown Parks from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.  All of you
who do not attend will be promptly arrested.
