Dear 1st year students:
Next week you will be taking my question as part of your comps. I have some
"helpful" suggestions for you in regards to the preparation of my question.
First of all, RELAX. Second, there are 3 individual questions. Make sure you
answer each one completely. I am looking for quality responses that reflect
accurate knowledge along with integration and application. Definitely review
your theories to the point of being able to write sound, cogent responses.
Third, write your responses so that an independent reader could understand
your response to the question(s). Don't give me BS, give me what you know and
understand. Also, make sure you can tell me why theory is vital in
understanding learning, development, human behavior, or any metaphysical
experience. Just kidding about the metaphysical experience (look that one up
Karl).
Finally, write so I can read your responses, if I can't read it I can't give
you credit. You all are very talented and I'm sure that will come through in
your test responses. Good Luck!
