Hey girls!

Wanted to let you know about a fundraiser my roommate's mom is organizing.  You can read her email below!

If you have any old prom dresses that you no longer want or need, please bring them back after Thanksgiving and I'll make sure Caitlin's mom gets them!  This is such a great cause!

Also - Broomball tournament date changed to Friday, Nov. 14!!!  Watch for Obie's email!  If you were unable to make it before and you can now due to the date change, please let Obie know ([log in to unmask])

Subject: Prom Dresses

Hey Cait,
     If you think of it can you send out an e-mail or announce at chapter about  donating any dresses that girls don't plan to use again...they can be short or long...also any accessories such as jewelry, purses, shoes.  We sell them for anywhere from $25-40.  Even if they need repairs we will do the sewing and a dry cleaner here donates cleaning to us.

     It really is kind of heart warming to help these girls try on dresses and get them all set for their proms.  We always ask them to come out and show us after they try something on and we all just  flock around them and help them pick the one that looks best on them...it really is a fun day.

     All of the money that we make goes to Riley Hospital for Children or into our scholarship fund for kids in the community for college.

     If they purchase a dress, they are eligible to win manicures, hair appointments for the day of their prom that are donated by local salons.
