The University of Cincinnati and South Ohio sections of the Society of
Women Engineers invite professional engineers, scientists, and students in
the Cincinnati and Dayton area to a mixer to meet SWE members and other
women in technical fields. All are welcome. Bring your friends and expand

From I-71 or I-75, take I-275 west.
I-275 west to Exit 41 - Rt. 4, Springfield Pike.
Take Rt. 4 - 1.8 miles north towards Fairfield/Hamilton.
Turn left onto Boymel Dr.
Go to end of the street to Rick's Tavern.
When you arrive, ask for the SWE Mixer.
Food and Beverage will be available at your own expense.

The Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission, the Miami Conservancy
District, and Five Rivers MetroParks are hosting a Regional Water Issues
Forum featuring Christine Todd Whitman, former Governor of New Jersey and
Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Christine Todd Whitman is one of America's most accomplished and admired
women in public service. As former Governor of New Jersey and
Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, she has forged
solutions to many of America's most important environmental challenges. At
the Forum she will share her insights on some of our most pressing
environmental issues, including watershed protection, clean air, and
sustainable communities.
This event is free and open to the public; however, prior registration

Section members are always welcome to attend and help us plan future
meeting topics and activities. Our next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday,

Restaurant (513.755.2448), 7866 Tylersville Square, West Chester. From
I-75, take the Tylersville Road Exit, Exit 22 and turn west. O'Charley's is
on the left, near WalMart.
