Prof. Sherman Jackson has requested that he be granted affiliate status in
BWS.  As he has been a long supporter and actively teaches in the field, I
would like to recommend that this affiliation be granted.  I await the
decision of the committee, absent any significant negative comments, I
shall process Prof. Jackson's request.
