when jews are condemned for being jews,
when bombs fall on Moslems for their Islam
when church doors slam shot for those because of their sexuality
when women are cursed because they made a choice
when death row if filled with the poor
when the children are tossed in the trash
when religious zealots preach their version of truth
when pseudo piety worships the form and not the substance
when hatred is paraded as love
when judgement is so quick to come
hypocrisy all, religion and not righteousness fills the space
