The Department of French and Italian is hosting "The Insurrection of 
Theory: A Graduate Student Colloquium on Postcolonial Theory" with 6 
talks given on such writers and topics as Aimé Césaire, Frantz Fanon, 
Edouard Glissant, Marxism and Decolonization, History and the 
Postcolonial Condition, etc.

Monday, December 4, 2000 at 4PM in room Irvin 40. Please spread the
