Miami University's Middletown and Hamilton campuses have been recognized by
the "Admissions Marketing Report," a national newspaper of admission
marketing, for the university's television spots.  Quotes Dick Sollman
(public relations and marketing, Middletown campus).
And:
Marisa Scala (Scripps Gerontology Center) has created "From ADL to V.A.: A
Glossary of Long-Term Care Terms."

Business Courier, 15th Anniversary Issue, Friday, May 21
Banking services have changed greatly as their competition has shifted.  "A
bank  that keeps the status quo will not survive.  Changes in banking are
driven by regulation changes, techonology and new financial products," said
James Kehr (finance).

Capt. Paul E. Jara, commandant of cadets at Miami University, and 2nd Lt.
Elizabeth Lineberry, assistant regional director of admissions of AFROTC at
Wright-Patterson AFB, received AFA Certificates of Appreciation.  Lineberry
and Jara had helped develop for high school counselors a seminar on AFROTC
and ANG opportunities.
