ahead as the issue now goes before the full House of Representatives. Two
legal  experts talk about the political and legal issues raised so far.

National Journal; Stan Brand, former counsel to the  ouse of Representatives

                       11-12: Andrew Carroll: Andrew Carroll, editor of
"Letters of a Nation" (Kodansha), talks about his drive to  preserve
letters and the art of letter-writing. He's recently launched "The Legacy
Project," an effort to create archives for extraordinary letters by
ordinary Americans.
