                       Diane plans to get a treatment for her voice this
Friday afternoon. She'll be off the air for the beginning of  next week and
hopes to be able to be back by the end of the week.

reactions to last week's high school shootings, recent programs, other
events in the news, or  whatever happens to come up over the course of the
hour.

                       11-12: Benita Eisler: Biographer Benita Eisler
discusses the life, loves and verse of the nineteenth century poet  Lord
Byron. He led a tempestuous life before dying at the age of thirty-six, and
was a celebrity superstar before  the term was even invented. Her book is
called "Byron: Child of Passion, Fool of Fame" (Random House).
