with Anthony Williams, the new mayor of the Nation's  Capital. They'll
discuss his plans to restore Washington to financial health and
governmental independence,  after years of controversial management in the
city.

                       11-12: Jessica Stern: Jessica Stern, formerly with
the National Security Council, talks about some of the  frightening new
biological, chemical, and nuclear weapons being developed by the new breed
of terrorists  around the world. Her book is called "The Ultimate
Terrorists" (Harvard)

                       we discuss the situation in Kosovo and the NATO
bombing with a journalist from the Belgrade station Radio  B92, the leading
independent radio station in Serbia. The station was banned from
broadcasting. The  journalist will speak to us from London. And a talk with
The New York Times' ROGER COHEN who  reported on the war in Bosnia.
