Evans ("The Horse Whisperer") presents his latest book, "The Smoke

nationwide teacher shortage.

A test for California's sexual predator law. The state of
California is preparing to release Patrick Henry Ghillotti
(jih-LAHT-ee), an eight-time rapist, from prison. Officials say he
will be constantly monitored. His whereabouts will be tracked and he
will be under medical supervision. But some people still don't want
Ghillotti back on the streets.
