        Hour Two: SCHOOL PRIVATIZATION: From Detroit to San
Francisco, communities are giving private companies the chance to
manage troubled schools and even entire school districts.

        Stem Cell Transplants are expensive and controversial. When
they work, they replace a patient's immune system -- a treatment for
diseases including Lupus (LOO-puhs) and Multiple Sclerosis. When they
don't work, they can cause death. The story of Mary Lynn Vance, an
M-S patient who sought out a stem cell transplant.
