Hi All,

I just had to pass along this awesome photo I received today from Tom Klak there in Oxford.  I've tried my hand at flight photos and they're definitely difficult to get, so I can appreciate the skill that has gone into taking this photo.

Oxford has been very fortunate to have quite a few talented bird photographers.
