I spent 3 hours at a variety of sites on Brookville Lake this 
morning:  Sagamore Resort, Mounds SRA, Dunlapsville and Treaty Line. 
Highlights:

Mallard 8 (plus twenty decoys with hunters in the "Waterfowl Resting 
Area" = supposed to be closed from 1 October to March -- go figure).
Northern Shoveler 5 (males molting into alternate plumage)
Northern Pintail 1
Green-winged Teal 11 (males just beginning to molt into alternate plumage)
Wild Turkey 2 gobblers at the beach in Mounds SRA.
Double-crested Cormorant 78
Black Vulture 44
Turkey Vulture 48
Bald Eagle 3 (imm)
Killdeer 187 (Treaty Line)
Lesser Yellowlegs 1 (")
Least Sandpiper 1 (")
Dunlin 1 (")
Bonaparte's Gull 340 (adults 90%)
Ring-billed Gull 385 (majority adult)
Herring Gull 1 (adult)
American Crow 75 (some flocks appeared to be moving south on migration?)
