Greetings,

My name is Dave Shardell, and I'm the VP for Management of the Associated Student Government. I have created this
listserv of student organization Presidents
and Treasurers based on the student organization registration forms that were turned in to the Student Activities Office
in October. The purpose is to disseminate
information about the ASG Funding Procedure to you all so that you can apply and receive funding this year and in the
future.

The Funding Procedure is ALL NEW!!!! It presents many changes which will affect EVERYONE! We have held two workshops
already, but unfortunately it takes
a long time to type 447 email addresses, so the listserv was not set up in time. We have one more though, this Wednesday
at 8pm in 120 Kreger. If an
overwhelming number of you email me that you cannot make the meeting, I will schedule another one for next week.

I am attaching a copy of an explanation of the new funding procedure. If you can't open it for whatever reason, it is
also available outside of the ASG office in 374
Shriver.

If you are NO LONGER the president or treasurer of your organization, please email me the address of the new person!
Also, if you are the pres. or treas., please
check to make sure that the other person in your organization has received this email. If not, let me know and I will
add them to the listserv.
