more than 100 Russian sailors is just the latest sign of a
deteriorating military infrastructure.  A panel talks about Russia's
ability to maintain an army and other fighting forces -- where the
money and manpower are coming from, Russia's top security priorities,
and the implications for Russia's nuclear program.
         Guests: Bruce Blair, Center for Defense Information; Pavel
Felgenhauer, defense analyst based in Moscow; Gen. William Odom,
fellow at Hudson Institute and former NSA director

11-12: Evan Thomas: Newsweek Magazine's Evan Thomas discusses his new
biography of Robert Kennedy, a politician who inspires strong and
controversial feelings even today, more than thirty years after his
assassination.  In writing "Robert Kennedy: His Life," Evan Thomas
had unprecedented access to Kennedy's papers and to his friends and
aides.

Terry talks to Bill Moyers about his new series on P-B-S. It's about
dying and it's called "On Our Own Terms." He talks about he series
and about his own encounter with the deaths of family and friends.
