We look for both technical and leadership skills in PE candidates.

**Leadership Qualities**
Highly capable of leading and motivating a team of skilled professionals.

Good communication skills, people skills, and ability to manage multiple
projects efficiently.
Ability to team with Account Manager and Creative Team Lead to effectively
deliver product.

**Technical Skills**
Several years' application development experience.
Extensive knowledge of Internet Solutions and Technologies.
One or more of following:
HTML, JavaScript, ASP/COM/Visual Basic, C++ or Java.
Exposure to SQL Server or Oracle and database modeling tools.
Experience with MTS and Site Server is a plus.
