State colleges and universities across the nation are trying to deal
with shrinking revenues.  In Ohio, the University of Cincinnati and
Miami University each raised tuition 8 percent.

Hueston Woods Nature Center has the only raptor rehabilitation center
in Ohio.  The center is home to birds such as bald and golden eagles,
