He's probably doing 256k upload, 512k download.

Yes, no, 256/512.
We also have a packet shaper which is doing limiting on our internet
connectivity also. So it isn't solely a perfigo issue on our campus.
There's more complaints about the internet throttle than is really
noticed on the Perfigo side.
