Greetings,
Participants in this years Challenge asked about totals for previous years,
I thought others might be interested also. The last 10 years of Chili
Challenge birds is attached.  These sightings represent the first time a
species was observed--not necessarily the first time the bird was in town
(dependent on our availability to get out and bird), but we are frequently
out almost daily in April / May so the dates are frequently pretty close to
the first sightings.  We have seen 260 species within the 75 mile radius
around Oxford--not too shabby!!
