Yes, Manual update pulls the CCAA patch.  This was fixed in the 3.5.6
release.

So I was adjusting the frequency for my updates, changed the hours, had
"check for CCA Agent..." UNCHECKED, hit update to apply the hour change
and it pulled down the 3.5.8 agent. I was running 3.5.5 CAM and 3.5.7
Agent.

Dunno if it's a bug or not, but thought I'd let everyone know.
