We are not currently running CCA, but we are running VideoFurnace IPTV
(VideoFurnace.com). We have a separate Alcatel 6800 switch which is
setup for multicast routing, it listens for the multicast traffic on any
vlan it is aware of then passes it to all the other vlans. This is
separate from our main router (which would be replaced by CCA inline if
we decide that route). I believe this setup should allow you to use CCA
with Multicast to different vlans.

Subject: Multicast Thru CCA

So....

Multicast over CCA. A pipe dream?

We've been looking at doing Video over IP multicast, and we have no idea
if this is going to work.

Anyone else hit this bump in the road yet?
