Anyone have users not getting logged in while using xp home edition?

We have 3 users that after upgrading from there 3.5.x agent to the 4.0.1
agent can no longer log into our CCA.  It just keeps redirecting back to
the please download the cisco agent page.  They have also tried
uninstalling and just installing the new agent.
We run 4.02 cca with 4.0.1 agent required.  700 other users are logging
in just fine, but can't tell if any are windows xp home, just shows
windows xp.
