Folks,

There is an issue with timezone setting not being retained when the
CAM/CAS is rebooted.
This is CSCse96696. 

This will be seen only if you change the time zone from the GUI and then
reboot the CAS/CAS (or do a service perfigo restart). The timezone will
always revert back to what you had when you initially configured using
"service perfigo config"

It looks like the 4.0.3 release may have a fix for this.

On the time sync, if you are using a NTP server, the CAM/CAS will sync
with the NTP server only at a specified time
In the day, not on reboot.

Also note bug CSCse91635
System time changes after In-Place upgrade CCA system time changes after
performing In Place upgrade. The In- Place upgrade installer treats the
BIOS time as GMT and then changes the system time.

If this is your issue, then ntpdate and hwclock --systohc is your friend
(I think that's the syntax).
