Sean,
Is the switch port vlan being changed to the access vlan once the user
hits OK? What I'd like to know if is the switch port vlan is changing to
the access vlan and then changing back to the auth vlan.

What switch is the user connecting to? Is the user device coming from
behind an IP phone?
