 From the CAM web page, follow this path:

Device Management
  CCA Servers
   Manage [your server]
    Network
     Certs
      Export CSR (from the pull-down menu)
       Details (next to Currently Installed Certificate)
               (don't actually do the export)

Hope this helps.  BTW, I'm running 4.0.2.1.
