Hopefully this email will go through as I have not
received any emails from Ohio-Birds today.  Last few
days I have seen the following highlights only:

Sims Park 10/26 6:00 to 6:25pm NE winds 10-12mph

Surf Scoters - 7 females - straight north from
pier-feeding (maybe they have been around awhile?-I
haven't)
Red-breasted Mergansers - 12
Common Loon - 1
Bonapartes Gulls - few
Caspian Terns 2

Wildwood Park 10/26 4 to 5:30pm
--Also observed with Tom Kellerman
American Coots 5
Bonapartes Gulls - few
American Kestrel 1
Red-bellied & Hairy Woodpeckers 1 ea
Eastern Phoebe 1
Brown Creeper 1, Winter Wrens 2, House Wren 1
Kinglets - both - few
Hermit Thrush 3
YR Warblers few
**Sparrows**
American Tree 2, Field 1, Song 6+, Lincolns 1, Swamp
1, White-throat - 12, DE Juncos - few
Rose-breasted Grosbeak 1 (1st fall male)

Wildwood 10/25 4 to 6pm
Coopers Hawk 1 (sitting on fence by recycling area)
Carolina 1, House 1, Winter Wrens 1
Hermit Thrush 6
Orange-crowned Warbler 2 (seen continually in same
general area at least four or five times everytime I
returned-just east of road-west of creek just south of
woods in goldenrod & small daisy like asters?)
Eastern Towhee 1, Song Sp 8, Swamp 2, White-throated
20+, White-crowned 3

Wildwood 10/23 2:50 to 4:45pm rainy, sleety 36 WSW,SW
Black-crowned Night-Heron 1 immature - in weeds
No. Flickers 10
Blue-headed Vireo 1 (followed for 10 mins)
Song Sparrows 8, Swamp 2, White-throated 35+,
White-crowned 2, Dark-eyed Junco 135+ (in one place)
