Mudflats are starting to appear at the north end of the reservoir at
Buck Creek State Park (Clark County, Delorme page 66A3). We saw lots of
Killdeer, Pectoral and Least Sandpipers, Dunlin, Lesser Yellowlegs,
Wilson's Snipe, and an unexpected Buff-breasted Sandpiper.

A few ducks and grebes have moved in. We saw a flock of about 25
Gadwalls at the north end of the reservoir and a Ruddy Duck and 3 Lesser
Scaup at the south end of the lake. We also saw Pied-billed and Horned
Grebes on the reservoir. At Old Reid Park just southwest of the park we
got great looks at Wood Ducks.
