Was was at Sims Park from 4 to 4:40pm.  Winds looked
west or northwest, Accuweather said WSW 15mph, 34F,
overcast.

Black Scoter 5 (1 still swimming with Surf Scoters, 4
now swimming far east of park (near high-rise apts)
with Mergansers (best viewed from pier or high-cliff)
Red-breasted Mergansers 350-400
Surf Scoters 8 (still there out front of pier area)
Common Goldeneye 7 or 8 (also very far east of park)
Common Loon 1
