I apologize to all members about the direction one of my posts took. That
was not my intention!!!! As I stated in my post, I do not want to get into
the hunting vs non-hunting issue. I just thought that us birders would be
interested in the current limits and if there was a way to take an active
role in determining the limits we should know about it. I know I do bird
counts that help determine the increase or decrease in a species and that
the hunting limits could affect our numbers - but I was not saying that they
should not be hunted. Please do not take that as a pro or con hunting
comment!!!! It's just that I thought this was a topic of interest to us.
Again, I apologize if my post offended anyone or went against the rules. I
really did not think it would turn into a hunting vs non-hunting topic!!!!
Please do not post more comments to this posting. I am just sending this to
apologize! Let lying dogs, lay and just accept my apologies.

Sincerely

Tracey
