I birded with Rich Nichols and Rich Sweet yesterday west of Cleveland. An
awesome day. At every spot we saw Horned Grebes, Common Loons, and Red
breasted Mergansers ( on the Laqke Erie). It was the most Grebes and Loons
I have ever observed. Total 40 + species for the day. Here is some
highlights from our birding day:

Rocky River Park:
Northern Mockingbird
Longtailed Duck
Red throated Loon

Huntington Reservation:

Rough Legged Hawk
Long tailed Ducks - 2

Avon Power Plant:
Great Black backed Gull

Spitzer Marina (not sure on spelling):
Pied Billed Grebe
Lesser Scaup 5
Bonaparte's Gulls sev

Wellington Reservoir (Upground):
Red necked Grebe
Ruddy Duck 200+
American Coots 100+
Redhead 20
