Back to the Deer Creek Reservoir again today, Nov. 6. It has only been 2 days since I was last there without any N winds, but things change quickly there anyway. Today's tally from scoping out the same areas as usual included :

1 Mallard
~30 Ring-necked Ducks
~10 Hooded Mergansers
~10 Ruddy Ducks
7 Common Loons
~25 Pied-billed Grebes
~15 Horned Grebe
1 AMERICAN WHITE PELICAN
~10  D-c Cormorants
~65 Am. Coots
268 Killdeers (counted)
1 Greater Yellowlegs
1 Pectoral Sandpiper
24 Dunlins
1 Wilson's Snipe
~1200 Bonaparte's Gulls
~600 Ring-billed Gulls
Herring Gulls (several)

Passerine highlights included ~25 Rusty Blackbirds.
