Great day today in West Central Ohio!!!
At our feeder, we had about 30 AGF, N Cardinal, Downy WP, HF. This is great
because our yard has been void of birds lately!!

In Mercer County, we saw N Shovelers, GW Teal, Gadwall, Kestrel, Pintail,
GBH, Wood ducks, and of course the ever present CAGO!! And there was a C
Loon on GLSM!!

This afternoon, we headed to Allen County first stop Bressler where the
Ruddy Ducks RULED! At least 1000 along with 100+ Ivory billed Black Ducks (A
Coot to you-all) 2-3 Horned Grebe, C Merganser, Buffleheads, and a couple of
Scaup.

Metzger held more Ruddy Ducks, Scaup, Coot, 3 C Loons, and Buffleheads.
Interestingly, Ferguson, Lost Creek and Lima Lake were empty!!

It was a good day!!

Jill Bowers
Auglaize County
