Since winter Pine Warbler records are a current topic of discussion, it was
quite appropriate that one showed up at my feeders today! This is the first
time I can remember seeing this species at any feeding station, certainly
any that I have tended. It was a regular visitor today, coming at least 4-5
times during the day. The suet feeder (the cake also contained various
seeds) was a good draw, as was the mixed seed scattered on the ground. Any
others out there graced with such a visitor recently?
