I made a quick run by Hoover this afternoon.  I didn't see much on the
water, but made a pass through Area S (west of the reservior in the southern
end).  Here there were many passerines concentrated around the fruit trees
near the entrance.  There were around 200 Cedar Waxwings feeding on whatever
they could find: crab apples, honeysuckle fruit, rose hips, poison ivy
berries, etc.  I also saw a late BROWN THRASHER (good CBC bird!) feeding on
the ground with some White-throated Sparrows near the parking lot.
