I think there are enough inaccuracies in the narrative of the petition to
make it a questionable endeavor to support.

As an aside, one study we looked at suggests that the average Canada goose
deposits an average of 80 pounds of droppings per year. A flock of 40 geese
would produce.... Let's see...... 3,200 pounds of goose poop.... A ton and a
half if my math is correct... And only 40 geese.... No wonder the golf
courses are so green !   And the shallow ponds are too !

(and please don't ask me who did the sampling and averages... Thank goodness
it wasn't me !)
