I checked out the Deer Creek Reservoir again today. There was a huge drop in the number of waterfowl from a few days ago, but 2 LONG-TAILED DUCKS (both males) were seen from the beach area. The AMERICAN WHITE PELICAN and NORTHERN SHRIKE continue there. I didn't find the Ross's Geese, in fact there was only 1 Canada Goose today. The last of the Bonaparte's Gulls seem to have finally departed, but ~600 Ring-billed Gulls are still present (yeah, who cares). Other birds in the reservoir included 3 Pied-billed and 1 Horned Grebes, 1 D-c Cormorant, 6 Mallards, and 17 Hooded Mergansers.
