Observers: Paula Lozano, Bob Finkelstein, Sharon Hanse

There were groups of ducks along the lakefront from Rocky River Park in
Rocky River to Huntington Reservation in Bay Village, including Mallard,
Bufflehead (35), Common Goldeneye (54) and Red-breasted Merganser (~100). In
addition, there were Greater Scaup (6) and Black Scoter (2) at Rocky River
Park.

A juvenile Cooper's Hawk was perched in a tree at the corner of Lake and
Elmwood Roads in Rocky River. Only the four expected gull species -
Bonaparte's, Ring-billed, Herring and Great Black-backed -were seen.
