This is just an update of what I saw at Sims Park today from 3 to 4pm.  I believe there were SW winds and it was very choppy.

  Redhead Ducks - about 16
  Scaup (Lesser) - dozen
  About 28-30 Scoters all together of which I will only estimate:
  Black Scoters  - about 6 or more
  Surf Scoter  11-14
  White-winged  7-9 (maybe more?)
  Common Goldeneye - 65
  Bufflehead - few,
  Red-breasted Mergansers - groups flying east
  Horned Grebe 1
  Bonapartes Gulls - few flying
