I was at Sims Park Wednesday and Thursday.

  11/29  2:45 to 3:30pm
  Black Scoters 5
  There were 12 Scoters that weren't Black Scoters most looked like White-winged but there could of been a few Surf Scoters - couldn't tell
  White-winged Scoters - at least 7-9 (about 4-5 males)

  11/30  2:30-2:55pm front moved in with strong winds very choppy hard to see
  Canada Goose - 360+
  Black Scoters 4-5
  White-winged Scoters - at least 7 could see white-wings
  Red-breasted Mergansers -  groups flying east

  Still see Scaup, Bufflehead, Goldeneye
